Leon and Janeen have been married for 36 years and raised two beautiful daughters.  They have volunteer backgrounds in prison ministry and working with youth. Both have hearts to see broken families healed and restored through education, Christian ministry and team support.  Janeen previously worked for Prison Fellowship from 1997 to 1999, is a licensed minister with Foursquare, a Licensed Belief Therapist through The Therapon Institute, is a Certified Christian Marriage and Family Therapist through the American Society of Christian Therapists and is a F.A.M.I.L.Y. Rules Counselor trained by Dr. Matthew Johnson.  Leon is also a trained  F.A.M.I.L.Y. Rules Counselor and a professional engineer working for a major oil company in the Houston area. 

Our Support Team

These people are involved in coaching and supporting our families in the program.  Our team receives background checks and approval by the Fort Bend Juvenile Probation Department before they are allowed to work with families.
